Blue flag beaches in Croatia

The Blue Flag is international certification for ecology and environment preservation awarded to beaches and marinas. It guarantees preserved environment, the greatest water and beach quality, enjoyable surroundings and high quality service.

Since the certificate is awarded only to locations which comply with the strictly defined criteria and is issued on annual basis, the Blue Flag really guarantees the actuality of qualities for each awarded beach.

Once awarded with the Blue Flag beaches do their best to keep getting the recognition year after year, and in most cases they're quite good at it.So since they'll probably be equally successful next year as well, we bring you a list of 10 Blue Flag beaches for the year 2012 for each of the Adriatic regions in Croatia.

Please visit Blue Flag Programme website for the full list of Blue Flag beaches along the Adriatic.
